These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.mqtribe.com and the purchase of tickets and participation in our events, including MQ Fest. By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase tickets.

Ticket purchase & payment
Tickets are sold via our website or authorised ticketing partners (e.g., Eventbrite).
Ticket prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Order confirmation
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our ticketing system (or Eventbrite if used).
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.
Your ticket is valid only for the event, date, and location stated.
Refunds, exchanges & cancellations
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within the period specified in our notice.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with the event.
Transfer of tickets
Tickets may be transferable unless otherwise stated.
If permitted, you must contact us to request a name change on the ticket before the deadline we specify.
Event admission & conduct
You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the event entrance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, dangerous, or in violation of event rules.
No illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are allowed.
You must comply with all safety and security instructions from event staff.
Event changes
We may change the event schedule, programme, or line-up at any time without notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the overall experience.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics).
Liability
Attendance at our events is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Photography & recordings
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Intellectual property
All event materials, website content, and branding are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written consent.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
