Dev Modi is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist, leadership advisor, and facilitator whose work brings together psychology, embodiment, and lived human experience.
For over 20 years, he has worked with leaders, teams, and organisations across the UK and internationally, supporting people through complexity, change, and uncertainty. His background includes senior roles such as Head of Inclusive Leadership at YSC Consulting, Head of Coaching at Grant Thornton, and Senior Business Psychologist at the BBC.
An Associate Fellow and Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, Dev’s expertise spans inclusive leadership, culture change, and team development.
